SFE Selectorized Seated Leg Extension & Leg Curl Machine

Build a lower-body strength area with one compact, commercial-grade station for seated leg extensions and seated leg curls. The dual-function design trains the quadriceps and hamstrings with selectorized resistance, extensive adjustability, and supportive positioning while conserving floor space.

Adjustable fit and movement: A forward-and-back adjustable back pad, extended seat pad, and added back-pad stops accommodate varied body proportions, including taller users and those with longer legs. The machine has been tested with users ranging from approximately 4'10" to 6'10".

The movement arm offers nine starting positions, the leg roller adjusts through five positions, and the knee and thigh pad provides eight secure positions for seated curls. These settings support full or partial ranges of motion based on body proportions, mobility, preferences, and training goals. Laser-engraved numbering on all three adjustments makes preferred settings easy to repeat.

Smooth selectorized resistance: The included maximum-capacity 250 lb weight stack adjusts quickly by selector pin without loading plates. A direct 1:1 pulley ratio delivers smooth, consistent resistance that is easy to understand and track. Textured rubber handles provide a secure grip and added stability.

Commercial construction: A durable, heavy-duty steel frame is built for frequent use, while premium padding provides ergonomic support and comfort.
